Lesson One: Community Visioning
This lesson is designed for municipal commissions and introduces the purpose and process of creating a comprehensive vision plan—known in Connecticut as the Plan of Conservation & Development. Participants will explore how vision plans guide future growth, their relationship to zoning, and the key steps involved in developing one.
