About the Housing Growth Plans
As of Spring, 2026, RiverCOG is beginning the process of creating its Regional Housing Growth Plan and working with municipalities on their Growth Plans in compliance with PA 25-1. RiverCOG's regional plan and municipal plans are due July 1, 2028.
