On-Call Economic Development Services
The Overview
Constrained by resources, many communities have periodic need for specific economic development
services beyond the capacity of current staff or volunteer commissions.
Experienced on-call economic development services are intended to help municipalities meet one-off,
intermittent, or project-based needs as they arise, providing professional economic development
expertise already familiar with the region.
Background
Community Resource Management, LLC was selected through a competitive bidding process in fall 2025 to provide On-Call Economic Development Services to RiverCOG member towns. A wide variety of services are available to towns based on each town's individual economic development needs.
At its January 2026 meeting, RiverCOG Board approved funding to cover the costs of 12 hours of On-Call
